DH Cluj-Napoca statistics
DreamHack has published statistics of DreamHack Cluj-Napoca. The event in Romania broke every record of DreamHack tournaments. The championship attracted the largest viewership of all the CS:GO DreamHacks. However, compared to ESL One Cologne, the matches in Romania had 8% less viewers than the previous major.
Over 80 players from 17 countries represented 16 teams at DreamHack Open Cluj-Napoca. The final game was an encounter of Natus Vincere and EnVyUs, which was viewed by as much as 985 052 people. Previous views record was set by our team at group stage of ESL One Cologne with over 770 000 people watching the game simultaneously.
Over the 5 days of competitions in Romania, the views turned on the streams at various languages over 85 millions of times. This includes such media platforms as Twitch, Hitbox, Dailymotion and SVT Play. Viewers watched over 30 millions hours of CS:GO content. Every day about 5 millions of unique viewers watched DreamHack. Therefore, the total quantity of unique viewers in 5 days was 25 million people.

According to statistics, the competition in Romania was the second most popular major tournament, sponsored by Valve, and the first most popular DreamHack. The record of concurrent views, set in the final of ELS One, hasn't been broken. The German tournament enjoyed 2 millions unique viewers more than the event in Romania. It might be due to the fact, that there were no drop of weapon cases for DH, which resulted in less viewership. However the true reason is unknown.
