PGL Season 1 coverage

Our CS:GO squad is invited to take part in PGL Season 1. The Born to Win will compete over the place in play offs against three European teams in group A. Our rivals are:   Poland Virtus.proDenmark Team SoloMid and International Team Kinguin.  According to the rules of PGL, the right to advance to the LAN-finals can be granted to only those teams that will take first place in their groups, so our guys will try to do their best in all matches. Undoubtedly, it will be really hard, as the opponents of our team are extremely strong. Virtus.Pro alone seems to be very dangerous. Our guys have already encountered them in a close game that included overtimes at CEVO Season 7 Finals this summer. Team SoloMid, in their turn, are considered to be the favorites to win the tournament, as they have won the PGL Season 1 precursor — CCS Kick-Off Season. Anyway, our guys will meet with TSM only after the win against VP.

The winners of each group (2 — in Europe, 1 — in America) will move on directly to the PGL play off. The finals of the first season will take place on 2–4 October in Bucharest. One more participant, the winner of the Last chance tournament (6 teams will compete to get this place), will join the strongest teams on LAN. The finals will feature $ 75 000 prize pool.

The prize money will be awarded to the leaders of each PGL Season 1 stage, as the overall prize pool of the tournament reaches $ 110 000Sweden Ninjas in Pyjamas refused to participate due to the inconvenient schedule, giving France Titan an opportunity to take their place in group B.
