Our rivals at PGL S1 announced
The tossing of PGL Season 1 is over. The rivals of Natus Vincere in the tournament's group stage are known. The Born to Win will fight over the slot in play off in Group A of European division on Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. Our rivals: Virtus.pro, Team SoloMid and the team, which will pass European qualifiers.
In accordance to the regulations of PGL, only those teams, which took first places in the groups, will get to the LAN-finals. So our CS:GO team will have to do their best to take first place. Our rivals are rather tough. For example, the Poles of Virtus.pro, which defeated our team in overtimes of CEVO Season 7 Finals. Another dangerous team is Team SoloMid. The representatives of Denmark won CCS Kick-Off Season, which is the forerunner of PGL Season 1, so they're are one of the favorites of the current tournament. The last rival will be known after 12 August, when the games of qualifiers are over.
The winner of each group (2 — in Europe and 1 in Northern America) will get to the play off of PGL. The finals of the first season will be held on 2-14 October in Bucharest. One team - the winner of the "last chance" tournament (6 teams participating) will join the strongest teams in the final to fight over the prize pool of $ 75 000.
In group "EU2" Fnatic is the favorite
The winners of each stage of PGL Season 1 will be awarded with money prizes, the total prize pool being $ 110 000. Due to the schedule, Ninjas in Pyjamas refused participating in the tournament. That's why Titan joined group B.
