Na`Vi's participation in StarLadder CS:G

Na`Vi's participation in StarLadder CS:G
StarSeries' online round is over and unfortunately, our team didn't manage to qualify. On a brighter note though, Na`Vi:CSGO showed big improvement over a short period of time. Seven wins and eight losses out of fifteen matches in a game that's new to them and they haven't practiced much yet! The future definitely looks promising for us!

Yesterday, our team played two matches who finished with same score, but had a different outcome. First off, we had to face zNation, who we managed to take down in a 16-9 game. In the next match though, we fell short to the Finns from Hawks with the same result but flipped in their favour of course - 16-9 again. Today, we'll meet daTTeam at 20.00 CET and our fellow countrymen from KerchNET where our players used to play back in the day (at 21.00 CET ). Sergey 'starix' Ischuk: I'm ready to tak

Sergey 'starix' Ischuk: I'm ready to tak
It's been a while since you read an interview with one of Na`Vi players and today we want to change it by presenting you an interview with our CS-team leader Sergey"starix" Ischuk. During our talk Sergey told us about his own impressions about our recent change to CS:GO, as well as his streams, most memorable events in his e-Sports career and Na`Vivs fnaticopposition. A snippet from the interview : If you had a chance to supervise Na `Vi Junior, would you take young talents in your hands? Starix : Why not, I would try. I don’t want to be a teacher (or a mentor =)) but I think I could pass my knowledge :) You were runner-ups almost every time because of fnatic overplayed you with different lineups. How do you explain this situation with them? Do they really succeed to pick up the key to your game every time? Starix :The question about the key is very difficult and philosophical one. Fnatic is a really strong team in terms of individual game, but I think that as a team we are stronger. At the last tournament we lost ourselves, it is very annoying :( I think that we ought to beat them on the next tournament. READ THE FULL VERSION!

Na`Vi to try out Counter-Strike: Global

Na`Vi to try out Counter-Strike: Global
Dear friends, all of you know about the fate of our beloved Counter-Strike 1.6 title that has been losing its attraction for tournament organizers and eSports audience. While our team still enjoys this game, it is time to try something new. And when we say "to try" we literally mean it as starting from November, 8th, Natus Vincere will start to practicing Counter-Strike: Global Offensive for the next two month. Right after we are going to decide weather or not our players shall play this new game. Statement by Natus Vincere CEO, Alexander " ZeroGravity " Kokhanovskyy: "We have taken a final decision to try out CS:GO as a new and upcoming e-Sports title. We should not compare CS 1.6 and CS:GO because they are completely different games with a similar weapon and map setting. It will be a TOUGH CHALLENGE for the guys as they are not 17-20 years old anymore and right now time spent for gaming is much more valuable. I do not know who will be able and who will want to switch to CS:GO after these 60 days are over. I am asking all our fans all over the world to support our players during their streams, official matches and tournaments. Despite your taste for the new game, your support is really important to our players as it gives them confidence in their capabilities. On the other side you will be able to follow ceh9, Zeus, markeloff, Edward & starix team matches and success all together! " You will be able to follow all the up and downs in our CS:GO experience via players' first person streams. The links are available at the bottom of the press-release.
